White Collar Criminal Law
Two members of our firm have served as criminal prosecutors during their careers. With this background and experience, we have represented individuals accused of criminal conduct by state and federal authorities in the connection with the operation of their businesses. We have also been asked to represent clients who have been the victim of bank fraud and who have responsibility under federal law to report such activity to appropriate authorities.
